Red light improves both male & female fertility

The wavelength and how much of that wavelength is delivered to the target area is what’s important. Laser is an acronym for “light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation”. Lasers take one wavelength (for example red light 670 nm) and amplify that depending on the application. You can have a weak laser that you can use as a pointer or a laser strong enough to weld or cut metal. There are other ways to deliver targeted light nowadays such as light emitting diodes.
